Vidusha Lakshani, a past pupil of Newstead College, Negombo won the Bronze medal at the Asian Athletics Championships 2019 in Triple Jump – Women.
She has recorded 13.53M in her triple jump event holding her emotions and tears after receiving the news that she has lost a teacher and some of her friends in Easter Sunday Attacks.
